"Redesigned" sonic will appear in "Conan"

The newly-redesigned Sonic the Hedgehog made an appearance tonight on late-night talkshow Conan to show off his new look to the host, Conan O'Brien.

It's always cool - and very rare - to see animation industry issues, like the redesign of a character, become so mainstream that they serve as the source of comedy material. Be forewarned, though, this new Sonic isn't particularly nice and tells the audience:
