Warner Bros. Discovery announces the "Tom and Jerry" series of new Singapore sets.

Warner Bros. Discovery has revealed an upcoming Southeast Asian localized version of Tom and Jerry, along with a brief teaser showing what the updated characters in the new series will look like.

The 7,3-minute shorts feature cartoon cats and rats playing endless games among Singapore's most famous landmarks. The series is the first localized version of IP, but it's worth noting that last year WB released a series of cute T&J shorts in Japan. The difference was that the Japanese shorts were made in a distinctive kawaii/anime style, but they were still set in the traditional Tom and Jerry universe For a new Singapore episode, and the studio went to great lengths to clearly create a Singapore scenario. This has never been done so far outside the United States

Here's what we know about the new Singapore set series.
