DNEG Animation Promotes Crosby Kreis to Managing Director and Appoints Former Pixar Manager David Park as Director of Production

DNEG Animation, which celebrates its 10th anniversary this year, has promoted Crosby Kreis to managing director and hired former Pixar veteran David Park as the division's new head of production.

Kreis joined DNEG Animation in 2016 and previously served as the company's head of production. He helped establish the division's pipeline and processes when the animation department was still young, and has since overseen the delivery of all of the division's titles, including "Ron's Gone Wrong," "Entergalactic," "Nimona," "Under the Boardwalk" In his new role, Kreis will oversee the delivery of all titles for DFW. In his new role, Kreis will manage DNEG's global animation production and oversee its portfolio of projects.

Park is a former production manager at Pixar, where he worked on feature films such as "Coco," "Monsters University," "Toy Story 3," "Wall-E," and "Ratatouille. Prior to joining Passion Pictures, Park worked as a production manager at DNEG. Prior to his tenure at Passion, Park worked at Rocksmith Animation, where he collaborated with DNEG on Rocksmith's first animated feature, "Ron's Gone Wrong."
