Nickelodeon's New "Fairly OddParents" Series to Debut This Spring with Original Voice Actors for Cosmo and Wanda

Nickelodeon has announced that it will reboot one of the most popular animated franchises of the past 20 years, Fairly OddParents, with a new production titled Fairly OddParents: Fairly OddParents: A New Wish The new series, titled "Fairly OddParents", will feature the main voice cast of the original show.

The 20 episodes of the new series will begin airing this spring on Nickelodeon in the US and will be available internationally on Netflix later this year.

Last July, Cosmo voice actor Daran Norris appeared on Ned's Declassified Podcast Survival Guide and confirmed that a new Fairly Odd Parents series is in development. Norris is returning for the new show and will be joined by returning Wanda voice actress Suzanne Blakeslee and newcomer Ashley Crystal Hairston, who will voice the new characters.

Nickelodeon says the franchise reboot will expand the faerie universe to a new generation of viewers while honoring Butch Hartman's original series, which ran for 172 episodes from 2001 to 2017.
