New series "Doomies", "Dragon Striker" Lead pack Disney TV Slate.

Disney Television Animation, Disney Junior and Disney EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) held their annual Annecy Festival Studio presentation on Wednesday, detailing how the TV division of mouse factory is planning TV and streaming in the coming months.

During the presentation, 3 new series were announced and news of several return shows were announced. Standouts among the day's announcements included the new series Dragon Striker, produced by Cyber Group Studios and La Chouette Compagnie, and Doomsies from I Lost My Body studio Xilam Animation.

According to Orion Ross, Vice President of Animation at Disney EMEA, "The Doomies and Dragon Striker are the first part of the new slate of animation originals we're developing at EMEA for the global family of Disney Channel and Disney+. These ambitious, premium series showcase the work of top-notch creators from our region to the world and we are both honored and inspired to work with this new generation of storytellers.

Disney also announced that it had ordered 10 additional episodes for each of these previously announced upcoming titles: Hamster & Gretel, Kiff, Hailey's On It, Primos, and more. . This increases the first season of each of these titles to 30 episodes.

During Annecy's presentation, Disney also shared a sneak peek at Star Wars: The Adventures of the Young Jedi, Marvel's Moon Girl and the Devil's Dinosaur, and the upcoming documentary Mickey: The Story of the Mouse.
