Super Deluxe tonight premieres live "Dark Days" micro series on the Internet.

Super Deluxe, a mobile-driven digital content initiative by Turner Broadcasting, is premiering its 6-part micro series Dark Day via livestreaming tonight.

Super Deluxe decided to create a live event around djob Nkondo's series to encourage more viewers to watch a continuous story from start to finish. The shorts will be permanently available through Super Deluxe's Youtube channel following the streaming event.

Super Deluxe has commissioned unconventional projects from other skilled animation filmmakers like Max Winston, and mobile/social first animation Sengly explained that it's about developing a space for artists to express their ideas regardless of format. "We're trying to experiment with a lot of different things because this whole digital publishing is pretty wide open right now," he said. "We don't need to be limited to anything. People can make gifs or projects of any length they want.”
