Marvel used artificial intelligence to create the opening credits for Secret Invasion.

Marvel may have figured out how to avoid the current vfx crisis by eliminating many of the needs of human artists. The opening credits for the company's latest Disney+ series Secret Invasion were created using artificial intelligence.

Disney would want nothing like bad publicity, as news that AI was used in Secret Invasion has sparked outrage on social media, with some artists calling for a boycott of the show.

A critical tweet from Jeff Simpson, who worked with the vis development team on Secret Invasion's character design, props and keyframes, has already been liked more than 14,5000 times.
