Animation will appear on Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Hbo Max, Apple TV+ and more in 2022/12.

As the holiday season progresses, streaming services continue to offer seasonal content to subscribers.

Netflix has two original animation features in its Month calendar, cg musical Scrooge: Christmas Carols and Stop-motion Guillermo del Toro's Pinocchio. The former was produced by Timeless Films in association with Axis Studios and got its first trailer last month. The latter is one of the most talked about animation features of the year, and a favorite to get the nod of the best animation features at the upcoming Oscar.1

Disney fans' favorite last season Owl House will finally hit Disney+ on May 12, along with several children and family titles. HBO Max has a glut of holiday specials from some of Warners' most popular animated kids and family Ips. And on Apple TV+, you'll be able to stream Charlie Brown Christmas for free from 12-23-25.

Otherwise, on May 12, the massive catalog content that Dreamworks' Puss in Boots made headlines will be revived and will land on Prime Video and Peacock ahead of the sequel's theatrical premiere.Puss in Boots: The Last Wish.
