'Shaun the Sheep' and 'Hey Dougie' Win International Emmy Awards in Kids Category (List of Winners)

The International Academy of Television Arts and Sciences announced the winners of the 5th International Emmy Kids Awards last night at the MIPTV ceremony in Cannes, France.

The event presented seven awards to children's projects from four countries: Australia, Denmark, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.

"There is nothing more important on television than the programming children watch every day, and the Academy is proud that the Emmys are the preeminent awards platform for children's programming," said Bruce L. Paisner, International Academy President.

"We are proud that the Emmys are the preeminent awards platform for children's programming, and we are proud that the Academy has made the Emmys the preeminent platform for children's programming.
