Video: Exclusive behind the scenes, watch 2D animation and dolls in "Ask Storybots".

Cartoon Brew talked yesterday with Jibjab co-founder Evan Spiridellis about a preschool series that breaks studio rules for netflix.Ask Storybots.

Today we continue our deep dive into the production of the series with two more exclusive behind-the-scenes videos.

In the first video, Storybots animation Director Jeff Gill and production designer Nikolas Ilic discuss how they gave the show's protagonists different personalities and characteristics. (Ilic also participated in the 2011 edition of Cartoon Brew's Student Animation Festival and also participated in the student film "Shared."

The second video, from the episode "Why the Sky is Blue-" in which the storybot tries to find an answer to that question from a tortured artist, explains how Aron Bothman and Megan McShane, members of the Outlaw production team, created the doll and set.
