Eight Short by artists from the underrated community will premiere on HBO Max next month.

Warner Bros.Produced as part of Discovery's hbo Max x Warnermedia Access Animated Shorts program, the 8 animated Shorts will premiere on hbo Max on 3/23 under the title "Only You: An Animated Shorts Collection."

This program was established as a launchpad for underrated artists. Last year, 12 participants were selected to participate in a 1〜year program that provided them with the tools they needed to budget, train and produce 5-7 minute short animations for adults.

Each filmmaker or team of filmmakers was paired with executive mentors from Warner companies such as Hbo Max, Adult Swim, Warner Animation Group, and Rooster Teeth. Each project was directed by producer Amanda Miller (Christopher at Sea).

Apart from the animated short work, program participants also attended a master class hosted by the likes of Harley Quinn creators Justin Halpern and Patrick Schumacker, Clone High producer Erica Rivinoja, Powerhouse Animation vp Dan Dominguez and Oscar-winning Hair Love director Matthew A. Cherry, DC Superhero Girls Director Noëlle Raffaele, Puss in boots artist Ron Kurniawan, and Oscar nominated Day and Night Director Teddy Newton.
