French Superprod Group acquires Mélusine Productions and Studio 352

The French Superprod Group announced today that it has acquired Mélusine Productions, a leading Luxembourg-based production company. Ernest & Celestine" and "Kensuke's Kingdom" and has been involved in the production of numerous European animated feature films: "Journey to Gibberitia" and "Kensuke's Kingdom". Studio 352, Mercene's production arm, employs about 40 people and is also part of this acquisition deal.
