In Japan, if you work on a Netflix show, Netflix will pay for your animation school.

Netflix has identified a shortage of animators in Japan and hopes to change that. The Wit Animator Academy is a new program established in collaboration with Tokyo-based Wit Studios ("Shinkin no Kyojin") and the Sasayuri Film Institute.
