! We couldn't be more grateful to be able to further extend our creative love affair with our favorite Netflix! Melissa Cobb and the entire Netflix Animation team have matched my endless passion for diversity and inclusion, both in front of and behind the camera. After all the kindness shown to me, I look forward to mentoring and empowering diverse storytellers from North America as well as Latin America. My mustachioed heart is a six-pack and I can't wait to create new stories and bold new worlds. I'm glad to be alive!

I am so excited to finally be able to talk about my work at Netflix. As a screenwriter and creator, I have so many stories to tell. It's easy to fill my own frame with my own voice. But one of the reasons I chose Netflix is because it gives me the opportunity to not only tell my own story, but also spotlight other talented creators and help them tell theirs.

I know what it was like growing up without seeing myself represented in the shows I loved. It's not just who is on the screen, it's who is behind it that matters. The combination of programs presented today perfectly represents what is important to me. I want to reach the next generation of kids, but I also want to encourage and teach the next generation of diverse and underrepresented creators." At Laughing Wild (Nee's production company), I can build a company that reflects my values and work at every turn to change the "who and how" of creating content for kids.
