In the animated short program category, "The Witness," a short from Netflix's adult anthology series Love Death & Robots, won. The short also won two Jury Awards for individual achievement in animation, which have already been announced. The director of the short, Alberto Mielgo, recently signed on to write and direct an original feature-length animation for Stampede.

Here's what happened tonight: The Witness won three EMMYs. Best Animated Short, Best Animation, and Best Art Direction. I love the team pinkman.tv. This award is for all of us. Thanks also to everyone who loved this film. #lovedeathandrobots #thewitness
